A leading multinational telecommunications and information technology company that specialises in mobile, fixed and cloud networks was chosen to rollout a new 5G network in India.

The solution
Using next flight out air freight service, Quick’s Control Tower in London planned routes and secured direct flight options to maintain a robust chain of custody.
The team negotiated the highest priority space available based on Quick’s long-standing relationships with global airlines. This minimised the risk of shipments being offloaded and causing delays. From the initial pick-up to final delivery, each shipment was handled exclusively by Quick experts and local logistics partners.
The Control Tower was in constant communication with all parties involved 24/7. The team proactively monitored milestones for each shipment and provided updates via multiple channels for complete transparency.
Quick collaborated with Kuehne+Nagel’s customs brokerage office in India to ensure shipments moved seamlessly for the last mile delivery.
The outcome
Installation deadlines were already in place when the company came to Quick, which meant the Control Tower had to work backwards to map out timelines and routes. The first shipments were picked up within 24 hours of the company approving Quick’s proposed solution to keep the project on schedule.
